Reuters file photo MUMBAI: Petrol price in Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai has crossed the Rs 101-mark while diesel breached Rs 93 mark. The price of petrol at the Hindustan Petroleum pumps in Mumbai was Rs 101.04 per litre while that of diesel was Rs 93.04, petrol dealers said. In neighbouring Thane and Navi Mumbai, the price of petrol had been hiked to Rs 101.11 while diesel's revised rate was Rs 93.11 a litre, they stated. Parbhani petrol rate is the highest ever in Maharashtra at Rs 103.34 while the maximum diesel rate in the state was in Amravati at Rs 94.45 a litre.
