Touchstone Pictures, producers of the eight-episode Hulu series "Dopesick," sent downtown merchants a letter explaining that they will be preparing the scene Saturday and Sunday, and filming all day Monday in and around the courthouse. Because of that, parking will be prohbited Saturday and Sunday on both sides of North Sycamore Street between Bank and Tabb streets, and on Tabb Street between Sycamore and Monroe streets.
