A young father accused of shaking his newborn baby to death will have his charge upgraded to murder on Wednesday.
Juan Visagie, 25, is accused of fatally harming his four-week old daughter, Aleaha, after the infant died on December 27, nearly four months after being rushed to hospital suffering life-threatening injuries.

The 25-year-old was charged with grievous bodily harm three days later on September 7 over allegations he shook the infant at a home in Gosnells.
