Dozens gathered at a permanent memorial in Norco to honor 13 fallen U.S. soldiers, killed in a suicide bombing in Kabul, Afghanistan, on Aug. 26, 2021, including hometown hero Marine Lance Cpl. Kareem Nikoui.
