A spokesperson for the Phoenix Police Department said officers were called to investigate a reported shooting call at Club Silverado, near 27th Avenue and Bethany Home Road, around 1:20 in the morning. There, they found a man, later identified as 29-year-old Ruben Sekiseka, dead from apparent gunshot wounds. On Monday, police said they arrested, Serafin Chavez, 34, who was working as an armed security guard at the nightclub on Sunday and had escorted Sekiseka out of the club after a fight.
