Paradigm for Parity® Coalition Announces First CEO, Sandra Quince Bank of America Executive Brings Extensive Experience in Diversity & Inclusion May 17, 2021 at 9:00 AM Eastern Today, the Paradigm for Parity® coalition announced that Sandra Quince has been appointed the coalition’s first-ever CEO. Sandra is currently a Senior Vice President in the Global Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) organization at Bank of America.
