A strategic and creative planner, he has an extensive experience in managing the entire gamut of HR operations with proven track record of leading people during active operations in Sri Lanka, J&K while in Army and in reputed companies. An XLRI and National Defence Academy Alumni, he has done MSc in Strategic Studies.
