According to City Attorney Amy Meyers, Lullwater Lake was dedicated for the use and benefit of its surrounding property owners and subdivisions. The lake is also still technically owned by Hearn & Curran Inc., a corporation that dissolved in 1982, Meyers said. That is something the Beach confirmed as recently as last September. She added that PCB still shares in the lake's dedication because it owns at least one adjacent parcel of land. "If there was an association, we would be a member of that association by virtue of our lot ownership, so we are the same in that regard," Meyers said.
