Felon arrested for 'randomly' shooting Oregon City mill

OCPD: Timothy Steven Miller, 35, fires one round from a 9mm handgun at former Blue Heron paper facility
On Sunday, Jan. 31, Oregon City police arrested a felon who "randomly" shot a bullet into the former Blue Heron Paper Co. mill from the top of the cliff along the McLoughlin Promenade.
No one was injured at about 1 p.m., when officers responded to a witness' report of a man shooting along the 300 block of Promenade Street.
Officers identified the suspect as 35-year-old Timothy Steven Miller, who they determined had fired one round from a 9mm handgun. The weapon was recovered during the investigation.
