Owner of 2 CBD stores in North Dakota says proposed bill would kill his business and others like it

Matt Yde testified before the North Dakota Legislature in a committee hearing in opposition of SB 2096 Friday, March 3. He said the bill would take roughly 80% of his products off the shelves.
