It's FINALLY here! Owensboro's Burger Week officially gets underway today and there are twenty-four local restaurants participating and each one is offering a specialty hamburger that's prices at just $6 (plus tax). Here's a look at the your 2021 Burger Week restaurants and photos of the burgers they are serving up this week! The $6 Burgers Featured in Owensboro's Burger Week Now, Burger Week officially kicks off at 11am CST this morning and runs through Saturday. In fact, Burger Week runs 11am-9pm CST March 2nd through the 6th and YOU can win some really cool prizes for participating. Here's how! Visit Owensboro and the City of Owensboro have partnered with a couple of local sponsors for this added bonus. When you go out to get and enjoy a $6 Burger Week burger, you're encouraged to take a photo of your burger, then post it to social media using the hashtag #owensboroburgerweek, #boroburgerweek and/or #locallove. Any Burger Week fan who shares photos of at least THREE Burger Week photos will be entered into a prize drawing. The first place winner will receive a Mini Green Egg from Green River Appliance. The second place winner will get a BBQ grilling meats package from Hillview Farms Meats.
