Over 900 RDF officers promoted, Col Gatarayiha appointed Deputy Head of Defence Intelligence

President Paul Kagame and the Commander-In-Chief of Rwanda Defence Force (RDF) has promoted 932 RDF officers and appointed Colonel François Regis Gatarayiha as the Deputy Head of Defence Intelligence and Director of Technology.
