'Not Concerned': Garneau on Canadian Visa-Application Centres in China Owned by CCP-Affiliated Company

Foreign Affairs Minister Marc Garneau said he is not worried about a visa application company that the government has contracted, but which has links to Beijing, will result in the personal data of applicants falling into the hands of the Chinese authority as security protocols have been put in place.
