Organizations may seek $14M in American Rescue Plan funds through Cedar Rapids, Linn partnership

Cedar Rapids and Linn County are partnering to provide a combined $14 million in American Rescue Plan funds and on Wednesday will launch an online proposal process for eligible community organizations to apply for the funding.
