OP-ED | Does Your Town Have A Local Code of Ethics? It Should

Opinion writer Susan Campbell notes that about 24 of the state's 169 towns have yet to adopt a local Code of Ethics. Since it looks as if many elected leaders failed Ethics 101, cheated on the final, or skipped the course entirely, it's time for every municipality to agree on ethics.
