Greg Abbott. The Bonton Farms Act from McKinney Republican Rep. Scott Sanford aims to resolve or reduce outstanding traffic tickets, warrants for unpaid fines that may exist as a result of unaddressed issues due to confinement and other Class C misdemeanors punishable by fine for people who have been released from jail or prison.
