The latest restaurant to decide to take a pause from dine-in service as winter drags on and the rollout of the coronavirus vaccines proceeds more slowly than projected is The Olde Bryan Inn in Saratoga Springs. It
announcedMonday (1/18) that it will continue takeout/delivery on a Tuesday-through-Sunday schedule, but the dining room will be closed “for the remainder of the month of January.”
In Albany, New World Bistro Bar, which closed its dining room in early November, had remained open for takeout/delivery and market fare through the holidays. As of this week (1/18), however, New World is now fully closed for more than a month. Owner Annette Nanes tells me she hopes to reopen in early March.
