Oil, Gas Industry Allowed to Join New Mexico Constitutional

Center for Biological Diversity: SANTA FE, N.M.— A New Mexico district court ruled today that oil and business interests can intervene in a landmark lawsuit against the state for failing to uphold its constitutional duty to control rising oil and gas pollution.
