Town Hall, Town Hall Annex, Waveny House, Lapham Community Center and the Health Department at Vine Cottage are now fully open to town residents. As a part of the reopening, residents who are fully vaccinated will not be required to wear masks. Those who are not fully vaccinated are still being asked to wear a face covering.
