Officers from backward castes have 'spoiled' the state, says

Hyderabad (Telangana) [India], February 2 (ANI): In a controversial remark, Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) MLA Dharma Reddy on Sunday said that the state has been spoiled by officers belonging to backward castes.
