Officer who broke man's arm with Jiu Jitsu during Kitchener arrest not guilty of criminal offence: SIU

A police officer who used a Jiu Jitsu move called kimura during an arrest, breaking the man's arm, is not guilty of a criminal offence, the director of the province's Special Investigations Unit says.
