OFAC Settles with Kraken for Violations of Sanctions Regulat

the Office of Foreign Assets Control announced a settlement agreement with Payward, known as Kraken, a United States based virtual currency exchange. Kraken agreed to pay $362,158.70 to resolve civil liability for violations of the Iranian Transactions and Sanctions Regulation.
