Oconto County man charged with 10th OWI : comparemela.com

OCONTO - An Oconto County man faces a minimum of four years in prison after being charged with his 10th drunken driving offense.
Martin Cooper, 51, of Mountain, was also charged with operating while revoked over the Dec. 7 incident in the town of Riverview.
At the time, Cooper was not only free on bond in three criminal cases, he was still on extended supervision for his ninth operating while intoxicated conviction.
According to the criminal complaint:
At the request of the Forest County Sheriff’s Office, Oconto County deputy Alex Scray was sent at about 10 p.m. Dec. 7 to Cooper’s residence about an assault complaint.
