NYPD seeking latest hate crime suspect as community leaders warn bias-motivated attacks likely underreported

New York City police are looking for a suspect who punched a Hasidic Jewish man in the face in what investigators believe was a hate crime attack, as recently released statistics show complaints of bias-motivated crimes nearly doubled last year.
