The homeowners say they have been ‘living under the threat of flooding’ for some time, but recently it has become a ‘yearly occurrence’. Now, following the latest surge in water levels, they have come up with a unique response to combat flooding in and around Northwich, according to a new planning bid. In the submission, agents Deluxe Architecture said: “This is our clients home and as can be understood, living under the threat of flood on what seems to be a yearly occurrence does not bode well on the health of any person living in these circumstances.
