Norfolk working to identify lead water pipes as EPA proposes new rule requiring removal

“This is a massive undertaking, especially for an older city such as ours,” said Bob Carteris, acting director of utilities. “We want to be aggressive in our efforts to remove any lead lines that we discover.”
