Non-complying Weymouth man jailed after stealing from Marks & Spencer

A WEYMOUTH man has been jailed for stealing four bottles of wine and meat from a shop - while failing to comply with a court order.
Michael Jon Tweed, aged 41, whose address was Richmoor Hotel, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from imprisonment, Poole Magistrates Court heard.
Tweed admitted failing to attend planned telephone calls on December 30 last year, and two more calls on March 30 and April 7.
He also admitted stealing meat worth £56.05 on April 15 at Marks & Spencer in St Mary's Street, in Weymouth, and then stealing four bottles of rose worth £28 at the same store on April 28.
