The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit has acted after an order from Chief Judge William Pryor Jr, who cites at least a thousand filings in recent weeks that appear to be part of what he calls "an orchestrated campaign" to remove Federal Judge Cannon from the case.
