The Observer states that NJPW will not do anything to defy the Japanese government and will respectfully follow their guidelines. The company had previously hoped to have a 40% capacity of around 16,000-20,000 fans before the sudden COVID surge in Japan. As of December 23rd, the country was hit with an all-time high of 888 cases.
