NEW JERSEY (WABC) -- A vaccine phone line went up in New Jersey on Monday morning with 250 agents ready to answer calls and so far the response has been overwhelming. The number to call is 855-568-0545. Callers can get questions answered, learn about where to get vaccines and go over eligibility. The hotline will be open 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. every day. In the first hour alone, the hotline received 17,000 calls. By noon, the hotline had received more than 58,000 calls. Gov. Phil Murphy said he will continue to ensure an equitable distribution of the COVID vaccine across the state.
