Yet, at least several town residents have applied according to former town board member Rosemarie Perez Jaquith, who says that at least three people have emailed her regarding their applications. According to the town’s website, the Racial Equity and Justice Task Force is “charged with providing guidance to the town board on establishing the mission, goals, strategies and performance measures for the town of Niskayuna’s commitment to equity, eradicating racism and discrimination and serving justice.”
