The Nigeria Police Force has confirmed the rescue of the wife of the slain monarch, Onikoro of Koro, Kwara State, General Segun Aremu-Cole (rtd). This was confirmed in a press statement issued by the state police spokesman, Ejire Adeyemi Adetoun, revealing that the police also arrested 13 suspects in connection with the killing and abduction. The killers invaded Koro community last Friday and killed the monarch.
