NGCP: Interconnection implementation delayed : comparemela.c

THE National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) said Thursday that the implementation of the Mindanao-Visayas Interconnection Project (MVIP) to its full capacity might be delayed once again from its original deadline this year.
