Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) is preparing to carry out an airborne electromagnetic LiDAR survey in crucial areas of the Lumding-Silchar hill section to improve safety and efficiency of train services. The survey will analyze critical locations for preventive measures against landslides and flooding.
