NEW: Wind Advisory, Coastal Flood Warning issued for Arlingt

Today's cold rain will give way to strong winds and coastal flooding on Sunday, forecasters say. The National Weather Service today issued a Wind Advisory and a Coastal Flood Warning for Arlington, with both set to take effect Sunday morning. The Wind Advisory says gusts of up to 50 mph are expected tomorrow. From NWS:
