New parks and recreation director hired for South Lake Tahoe

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - The City of South Lake Tahoe has announced the hiring of John Stark as its new director of parks and recreation. He will start on May 15. Stark brings more than 12 years of experience in the parks industry, most recently serving as the director of parks and recreation for the City of Manitou Springs, Colo.
