T&G Global has launched a new early ripening apple
brand which will be one of the first New Zealand apples of
the 2021 season to arrive in key Asian
markets.
T&G Global’s Poppi™ apple is a sweet
flavoured, medium sized apple with a rich red
colour.
With its thin skin, crisp sweet flavour and
stunning appearance, it’s the first variety to ripen on
Hawke’s Bay trees, enabling an early entry of New Zealand
apples in highly competitive Asian markets.
