New crime reporting rules threaten MPS resources, school off

Beginning in the fall, MPS will be required to collect and report crime and incident data under a new law. Some members of the Milwaukee Board of School Directors have expressed concern about the potentially high costs associated with this requirement, Milwaukee Neighborhood News Service reports.
