New BEAR interchange formally confirmed for Highway 401 in east Belleville

A new $40 million Highway 401 interchange proposed for east Belleville is set to start a couple of years down the road after its inclusion in a master transportation plan listed in last week’s Ontario budget, said government officials Monday.
