Procure Partnerships Framework has launched a contractor framework in partnership with Oldham Council for the North-West of England worth around £1.8 billion. Procure Partnerships has started work on a new North West contractor framework worth £1.8bn. The agreement will be the second iteration of its North West contractor framework for use by public sector bodies. It will cover construction work for pipelines, communication and power lines, and work for highways, roads, airfields and railways. Successful contractors will be expected to deliver site preparation work, building construction, engineering works, roof works, and architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services. The Procure Partnerships said projects included in the four-year long framework could be design and build or build only in nature, and will include an infrastructure works lot.
