Editor's Note: Tonight is the official night for trick-or-treating in Carson City. Families are encouraged to stop by the Governor’s Mansion at 606 N. Mountain St. where, as part of a long tradition, the governor and first lady hand out candy from 5-8 p.m. There will be entertainment for all ages.
