NEENAH – Police are investigating after someone was found stabbed to death Sunday.
An officer was investigating a trespassing complaint around midnight when someone told the officer there was a person passed out in the grass in the 200 block of Martens Street in the downtown area, according to Neenah police.
Officials said the officer found the person with blood and injuries to their upper chest. The person was “beyond life-saving efforts.”
Officials believe the person was stabbed to death. The investigation is ongoing. The victim’s name will be released once their family has been notified.
