NC State becomes first power 5 program to offer Walkertown s

North Carolina State University is the first Power Five school to make a verbal scholarship offer to Walkertown High School sophomore quarterback Bryce Baker. Baker reported the offer from the Wolfpack of the ACC on Wednesday afternoon. Appalachian State University delivered an offer later in the evening.
