National Health Commission: 39 new confirmed cases yesterday

From 0st to 24:00 on October 24th, 39 new confirmed cases were reported in 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and the Xinjiang production and Construction Corps. There were 4 imported cases and 35 local cases.
