Alexander T. Dicken on Friday, May 7, appeared in Bay County District Court for arraignment on single counts of careless discharge of a firearm causing injury or death and reckless use of a firearm. The former charge is punishable by up to two years’ incarceration and a $2,000 fine, while the latter carries a maximum penalty of 90 days in jail and a $500 fine.
