N.W.T. reports 38 new cases of COVID-19, issues 16 public ex

The number of active cases across the territory now stands at 376, an increase of 20 since Wednesday. It's the second day in a row the OCPHO has reported an increase in the number of overall cases after it reached a peak of 460 last Thursday.
