DRACUT — Murphy’s Farm, a proposed development of 300 four-bedroom apartments in East Dracut, has passed its first test on the way to becoming a reality. But it is an unwelcome reality to many town residents and officials who are concerned about the potential impact the project would have on schools and public safety.
