Mumbai: 5-storey structure that collapsed in Bandra was illegal, says local corporator

The five-storey structure that collapsed on Wednesday at Behram Nagar, Bandra (East) where nine people were rescued from under the debris, is an illegal structure standing there for over 20 years, said local Shiv Sena corporator Haji Halim Khan.
