Mum of two, 45, who 'felt worthless' after surgery dies suddenly

A mum-of-two who was left "feeling worthless" after undergoing lifesaving surgery has died suddenly, prompting tributes to be paid locally.
Sharon Hartman, from Southport, was just 45-years-old when she is believed to have taken her own life on Friday, June 25.
Her daughter Shirley Hartman, 27, said Sharon had battled with addiction in recent years and faced struggles with poor mental health.
Speaking to the ECHO, Shirley said: "She has always drank alcohol in a social way but over the years it became an addiction with substance misuse. Her mental health was terrible as well".
