Multi-agency investigation leads to arrest, significant drug

DOVER — In a coordinated effort by local and federal law enforcement agencies, Heather McGrath was arrested on Jan. 23 on charges related to the sale of controlled substances, leading to the discovery of large quantities of narcotics, including suspected fentanyl. McGrath's arrest in Kittery, Maine, by local police on a warrant for two counts
